Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis until all available league sports are full or until 5:00pm on the posted registration deadline day whichever occurs first. Any registrations completed subsequent to either of these times will be considered Waiting List Status.

Any activities (including leagues that are only accepting waiting list registrations) that require a registration fee will have until 5:00pm the following business day from when the registration information is received to submit payment in order for their registration to be considered complete. Any fees not paid before the specified deadline for that activity registration will be deleted and new activity registration information will need to be submitted in order to be considered for participation in that activity. NOTE: Any activity registrations received on a registration deadline day will only have until 5:00pm that same day to submit payment in order to avoid being assessed a $10.00 late payment fee in addition to the original registration fee. Any registration fees paid after 5:00pm on the registration deadline day will be assessed a $10.00 late payment fee in addition to original activity registration fee.

A waiting list will be created for activities where all available league sports become full before the registration deadline and for registrations received after 5:00pm on the posted registration deadline day. Confirmation of an activity registration will be emailed to the primary participant/captain immediately after submitting the required activity registration information. This email is a proof of registration receipt and should not be discarded just in case a discrepency should occur. Furhter information regarding the activity will be outlined in the email confirmation as a reference. If you do not receive an email confirmation immediately after completing the required registration information please contact the Intramural Sports Office to confirm that your registration was indeed received and to correct any errors that may have occurred in the process.
